We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer – Salesforce Health Cloud to join a high-impact healthcare technology team supporting enterprise-scale patient and provider engagement solutions.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce Health Cloud applications using a combination of declarative and programmatic capabilities including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, OmniStudio, and Agentforce.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions
Build highly configurable applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and OmniStudio
Lead technical design and architecture discussions
Implement secure and performant healthcare workflows
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs
Support CI/CD and DevOps best practices in Agile environments
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams
Mentor developers and drive engineering excellence
