We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join a high-impact team building scalable, cloud-native applications for a leading global financial institution. If you’re passionate about Java, microservices, and modern DevOps practices, this role is for you.

💡 What You’ll Do:
Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java & Spring Boot
Build and deploy RESTful microservices in a cloud-native environment
Work with AWS services like ECS, EC2, S3, API Gateway, Aurora, and Route 53
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Drive best practices in software development, scalability, and performance

🛠 What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
Hands-on with Kafka, REST APIs, and messaging systems
Solid experience with AWS cloud services
Expertise in CI/CD, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle
Experience with Kubernetes and containerization
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and NoSQL databases

Experience in banking or financial services
Leadership experience and strong communication skills
