Lead Python Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Lead Python Full-Stack Developer with strong financial services experience to lead technical development and collaborate closely with business and IT teams.
This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can guide development teams, conduct code reviews, drive best practices, and support architecture decisions.

✔ 15+ years of software engineering experience
✔ 3+ years in a technical lead role
✔ Python development expertise
✔ Java OR .NET backend development
✔ Full-stack development experience
✔ Strong React or Angular front-end experience
✔ Experience working in Financial Services environments
✔ Ability to work directly with business stakeholders
