Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer (C# + ASP.NET + AWS + SQL + Angular); 100% Remote | Occasional travel to Princeton, NJ (every 3–6 months if needed) | East Coast candidates only :: Full-Time Permanent

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer (C#/.NET) to join a growing team in Princeton, NJ. Hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, Angular, and AWS Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading end-to-end cloud transformation projects, including migrating on-premise applications to AWS, and managing full software development lifecycles. You will play a key role in architecting, developing, and deploying scalable web applications, while guiding a team of developers and ensuring best practices across CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud infrastructure. Experience with AWS services such as CloudWatch, S3, Lambda, ECS, and modern DevOps practices is essential. Candidates with prior exposure to pharmaceutical/CRO environments, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance will be highly preferred.
