📍 Location: New York (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

🔧 What You’ll Do:
✔ Provide L2/L3 production support for Kubernetes-based applications
✔ Monitor cluster health using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
✔ Troubleshoot pods, nodes, networking & application issues
✔ Manage deployments via Helm, ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines
✔ Perform RCA & incident resolution
✔ Handle scaling, performance tuning & cluster maintenance
✔ Implement security best practices (RBAC, Network Policies, Secrets)
🧠 Must-Have Skills:
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
✅ Expertise in Docker & containerization
✅ Cloud: Azure (AKS) or GCP (GKE)
✅ CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
✅ IaC: Terraform or CloudFormation
✅ Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
✅ Strong Linux & Networking fundamentals
✅ Experience with ITIL / Production Support processes
