Java Tech Lead

🚀 Hiring: Java Tech Lead (AI Focus)
📍 White Plains, NY (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

We’re looking for a Java Tech Lead with a strong AI-driven development mindset to lead high-impact projects and mentor teams.
💡 What You’ll Do:
• Lead Java backend development & microservices architecture
• Leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, etc.) for coding, testing & optimization
• Collaborate with PMs, architects & QA teams
• Drive scalable, high-performance solution design
🔧 What You Bring:
• 8+ years of Java development experience
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL & system design
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development & prompt engineering
• Leadership experience managing/mentoring developers
• Cloud (AWS) experience is a plus
✨ Nice to Have: Python, Angular, eCommerce/retail domain
