💻 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Strong experience across the full SDLC, from development through implementation and maintenance
• Hands-on experience building complex enterprise applications using Java/J2EE/Spring
• Experience with Microservices, Web Services, APIs and middleware systems
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to design, develop, code, test, debug and document enterprise applications
• Experience working with banking architecture / financial services applications is highly relevant
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
