7+ years of strong Java, Spring & Spring Boot development
Expertise in REST APIs and high-volume, highly available transactional systems
Strong system design & solution architecture experience
5+ years of Cloud-Native Architecture & Microservices
Strong experience with CI/CD – GitHub, GitLab, Bamboo or equivalent
Automated Unit, Integration & Acceptance Testing
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, DB2, Aerospike or similar databases
Kafka, RabbitMQ or equivalent messaging/event-driven technologies
OAuth, SAML and authentication/authorization frameworks
⭐ Preferred
Move Money / Payments platform experience
Financial services / Banking domain experience
NACHA, FEDWIRE, SWIFT, RTP or FEDNOW
Banking/payment platform modernization initiatives
Experience with AI-assisted development beyond basic code generation
