We are looking for an experienced ITSM Manager to lead and evolve enterprise ServiceNow capabilities and drive operational excellence across IT service delivery.
🔥 What You’ll Do:
Own the ServiceNow platform roadmap and governance
Lead ITSM processes:
Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Asset Management
Manage and mentor ServiceNow / ITSM teams and vendor partners
Ensure CMDB data quality and platform performance
Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams
🧩 Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB
Hands-on understanding of ITIL framework
Experience as a ServiceNow platform owner / ITSM lead
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
