Our Fortune 150 client is searching for an IT Business Analyst II to join their team in the local Charlotte area. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite a week.

Description:
- Requires Problem Solving Skills, experience in developing SQL, and excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, with business partners, and with IT partners.
- Responsible for the lifecycle of reporting from gathering requirements to developing the SQL and into support.
- IT business consulting activities for the business, serving as the primary interface between business groups and IT.
- Responsible for understanding the work processes of the assigned business group to meet business needs.
- Provides technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development, implementation, and support of systems with programmers to explain solutions.
- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction, customer communications, analysis, problem resolution consultation, testing and development of solutions, and adherence to service level agreements.
- Workers at this level participate in project implementations to understand impacts to their assigned business groups.
- Responsible for working with assigned business areas to do regular prioritization and planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Or in lieu of a degree, 4 years of related business experience.
- Work experience in addition to degree: 1-3 years of related experience in business and or information technology systems analysis or support. Job-specific knowledge, skills or abilities: Minimum of 3 years experience in SQL development, support and troubleshooting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with customers, IT management and teammates.
