✅ 3+ Years of IT Support (Level 1/Level 2) Experience
✅ Strong Knowledge of Windows & Microsoft Environments
✅ Desktop, Infrastructure & End-User Support
✅ Hardware & Peripheral Troubleshooting
✅ Experience Supporting Laptops, Desktops, Printers & Related Devices
✅ Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills
🔹 Responsibilities:
✔ Provide On-site IT Support During Standard Business Hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
✔ Handle Portable Servers & Related Infrastructure
✔ Troubleshoot Desktops, Laptops, Printers & Peripherals
✔ Respond to and Resolve Support Tickets Within SLA
✔ Perform Hardware & Infrastructure Support
✔ Deliver Exceptional End-User Support
