🚨 HIRING: IT Director – Infrastructure | Capital Markets / Hedge Fund 🚨
📍 Location: NYC – Hybrid, 4 Days/Week Onsite

⏳ Duration: 12+ Months Contract

We are looking for a senior IT Director / Infrastructure leader with recent Capital Markets, Hedge Fund, Asset Management, Private Equity, or Institutional Financial Services experience.
⭐ MUST-HAVE:
• Recent experience as an IT Director / IT Infrastructure Leader in a Capital Markets or Hedge Fund environment
• Strong Windows Infrastructure expertise – Windows Server & Windows Desktop
• 8+ years of progressive IT Infrastructure experience
• Experience managing or leading a small IT team
• Hands-on Microsoft Azure & Microsoft Intune administration
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools
• Strong Microsoft technology knowledge and hands-on technical skills
• Experience working with / managing an outsourced MSP
• Knowledge of endpoint security, Conditional Access, patching & phishing defense
• Exceptional white-glove / executive-level IT support experience
• Excellent communication skills with senior leadership and investment professionals
• Must be comfortable working in a high-profile, high-expectation environment
• Must be able to work from the NYC office 4 days per week
