Job Summary

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server Administration
Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, NTP, TCP/IP, MAC Address Registration, Wireless Networking, and 802.1X Authentication
Experience with firewalls, proxy servers, SSL certificates, SAML, OIDC, and SSO
Knowledge of packet capture and network troubleshooting
Experience supporting IoT devices, building management systems (BMS), sensors, CCTV, smart lighting, or similar connected devices
Familiarity with APIs, SaaS platforms, physical appliances, and virtual machines
Ability to coordinate with infrastructure, security, networking, and vendor teams
Responsibilities
Onboard and configure IoT devices within a secure SD-Access network environment
Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, DNS, proxy, and firewall-related issues
Support deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of smart building technologies
Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance with security standards
Participate in infrastructure migrations, PoCs, RFPs, and enhancement initiatives
Maintain technical documentation and provide operational support for global deployments
Preferred Background
Experience supporting enterprise IoT or Smart Building environments
Financial services or large enterprise infrastructure experience
Ability to support occasional after-hours or weekend migration activities
