As an Information Technology Intern, you will:
- Support a website redesign and digital branding initiatives to expand global reach
- Enhance database performance and data integrity for effective communication
- Explore and implement AI tools to streamline operations and curate global content
- Track engagement through CSAT metrics and reporting
- Create engaging content, including short “how-to” videos for users and members
Qualifications
- Current student in the area of Information Technology, Global Affairs, International Relations, or a related area of study.
- Experience with Wild Apricot or other website builder software systems.
- Familiarity with database management.
- Ability to convey complex concepts and terminology in an easy, understandable way.
- Interest in International Relations and International Affairs.
- Ability to devote 2 months in a part-time, unpaid role
