We are actively looking for an experienced Functional Analyst with strong Healthcare Scheduling Systems expertise to support enterprise-wide business applications for a major healthcare environment.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Clairvia, UKG, or Ansos scheduling implementations and a strong background in business analysis, SQL, and healthcare operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Maintain and support Clairvia nursing scheduling applications
✔ Gather and document business/functional requirements
✔ Work closely with Nursing & Operations stakeholders
✔ Support integrations with Epic and PointClickCare
✔ Handle system reporting, security access, and HR data imports
✔ Participate in UAT, issue resolution, and change management
✔ Create process flows, technical documentation, and release notes
✔ Provide end-user training and mentor junior analysts
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ Clairvia / UKG / Ansos Scheduling experience
✅ SQL & Advanced Excel expertise
✅ Schedule Data Conversion experience
✅ Business Requirements Gathering & Workflow Analysis
✅ SDLC / UAT / Change Management knowledge
✅ Experience in Healthcare IT environments

⭐ ORACLE Cloud Scheduling
⭐ Epic / Allscripts / OnBase / ERP systems
⭐ PeopleSoft Administration or Development
⭐ NYC Health + Hospitals experience
