Are you passionate about building scalable enterprise applications while leveraging the latest AI-powered development tools? We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / AI Lead to drive the development of modern financial technology solutions and lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.
What You'll Do
✅ Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data
✅ Build intuitive and responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript
✅ Leverage Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery
✅ Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and high-performance queries
✅ Implement and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
✅ Lead code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor development teams
✅ Build cloud-native, microservices-based solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
✅ Partner with business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions for financial operations and reporting
Required Skills
🔹 8+ years of Full Stack Development experience
🔹 Strong expertise in:
Java
Spring Boot
Spring Security
Spring Data
React
TypeScript
🔹 Experience with:
Azure DevOps
Git
CI/CD
REST APIs
Microservices Architecture
Docker & Kubernetes
SQL Server
🔹 Hands-on experience with:
Claude Code
Cursor
AI-assisted Software Development Tools
🔹 Strong understanding of:
Design Patterns
OOP Principles
Secure Coding Practices
Automated Testing (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Playwright)
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Financial Services, Banking, Private Equity, or Fund Administration experience
⭐ Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting platforms
⭐ Azure Cloud Services
⭐ Python for automation and scripting
⭐ GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLM frameworks such as:
LangChain
LangGraph
Similar Agentic Workflow Frameworks
⭐ Experience mentoring teams in AI-driven software development practices
