💡 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site support for hardware, software & network issues
• Install & configure desktops, laptops, OS & applications
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity issues
• Support mobile devices & peripherals
• Diagnose & repair hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, AV equipment)
• Maintain asset inventory & documentation
• Deliver excellent end-user support & communication
• Handle ticketing, issue tracking & resolution logs
