We’re looking for an experienced Sr. .NET Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of large-scale enterprise applications in a structured, high-impact environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture, development & integration of enterprise applications
Ensure code quality, scalability & performance
Mentor and manage development teams
Work across full SDLC (Agile/Waterfall)
Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts & SMEs

🔹 Tech Stack:
.NET (Core, ASP.NET), C#, MVC, WCF
SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS
JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap
Azure DevOps / TFS, CI/CD
REST/SOAP APIs, SOA architecture

🔹 Requirements:
8+ years of .NET development experience
7+ years in Lead role managing large projects
Strong expertise in SQL Server & database design
Proven experience managing/mentoring teams (15+ developers)
Experience with enterprise architecture & complex systems
