🔹 Required Skills:
✅ 10+ years of Data Engineering experience
✅ 3+ years of hands-on Databricks experience
✅ Expertise in Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog & Databricks Workflows
✅ Strong Python and/or Scala programming skills
✅ Advanced SQL and ETL/ELT development experience
✅ Data Modeling and Pipeline Orchestration
✅ Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms
⭐ Must-Have Domain Experience:
✔ Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC)
✔ Incentive Plan Design
✔ Quota Allocation
✔ Attainment Tracking
✔ Commission Calculations & Payout Processing
🔹 Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience with Anaplan, Oracle ICM, or Varicent
✔ Azure Data Factory, Kafka, Event Hubs
✔ Databricks Certification (Associate/Professional)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Design and develop scalable Databricks data pipelines and Delta Lake solutions
🔹 Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and enterprise data architectures
🔹 Support Sales Incentive Compensation processing and reporting
🔹 Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and BI teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions
🔹 Optimize performance, maintain data quality, and automate data workflows
