Are you passionate about building scalable backend systems and high-performance data pipelines? We're looking for a talented Data Engineer to join an exciting client program, where you'll design and develop enterprise-grade data solutions using modern technologies.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Design, develop, and unit test Java-based applications for data processing.
✅ Build robust backend services using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
✅ Develop scalable data pipelines integrating Oracle and MongoDB.
✅ Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka (MSK).
✅ Process structured and semi-structured data (JSON/XML).
✅ Optimize applications for high-volume data processing.
✅ Deploy containerized applications using Docker.
✅ Participate in code deployments, production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Required Skills
✔ Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
✔ Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (or Amazon MSK)
✔ Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle Database
✔ Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
✔ Experience building and consuming REST APIs
✔ Knowledge of data integration and processing patterns
✔ Familiarity with JSON/XML data formats
✔ Experience with Docker and containerization
