Client is seeking an experienced Data Architect with deep Healthcare Payer domain expertise and strong data architecture skills. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing and managing enterprise data platforms, healthcare data models, and complex integrations across multiple healthcare systems.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 13–15+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong Healthcare Domain experience (Payer experience is mandatory)
• In-depth understanding of healthcare data models and business processes
• Experience working with Enrollment, Claims, Eligibility, Payments, Provider, and Member data
• Strong expertise in Data Architecture and Enterprise Data Modeling
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Strong knowledge of Data Lakes and modern data platforms
• Experience with Relational Databases (RDBMS)
• Ability to analyze and map data across multiple source systems
• Experience with data integration, data governance, and data quality frameworks
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain enterprise healthcare data architecture
• Define and optimize healthcare payer data models
• Create data mappings across Enrollment, Claims, Eligibility, Payment, and Provider systems
• Architect scalable data lake and Snowflake-based solutions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and compliance
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver enterprise data solutions
• Support data modernization and analytics initiatives.
