We are actively hiring for a Cloud Computing Specialist (ServiceNow – CSM) opportunity with our direct client.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow CSM implementations
• Configure Case Management, SLAs, Knowledge, Portals & Omnichannel solutions
• Develop workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules & Glide APIs
• Build dashboards, KPIs & Performance Analytics reports
• Manage integrations using REST/SOAP, OAuth2, SAML/OIDC
• Ensure platform security, governance, CI/CD & release management
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow Development/Admin experience
✔ Minimum 2 full ServiceNow CSM implementations
✔ Strong expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Client Scripts & Script Includes
✔ Experience with Reporting & Performance Analytics
✔ Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, CMDB & CSDM
🎯 Mandatory Certification:
✅ ServiceNow CIS-CSM Certification
✅ ServiceNow CIS Certification preferred
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Service Portal / Virtual Agent experience
• Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git
• ITSM / CRM / Contact Center integrations
