We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Zelle payment systems and banking/payment domain experience.
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Zelle
Business Systems Analysis
Stakeholder Management
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
Banking / Financial Services domain knowledge
🔹 Nice-to-Have Skills:
Technical Analysis
Agile / Scrum experience
API / Payment Integration exposure
Strong Communication Skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business/system requirements
Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams
Support Zelle-related initiatives and enhancements
Create functional and technical documentation
Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production support activities
Drive solution discussions and payment workflow analysis
✅ Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments is highly preferred.
