🔹 Required Qualifications
• 84+ months of experience working in a healthcare-related government agency serving individuals with special needs, translating and documenting technical information for business/program consumption and ensuring consistency across stakeholder groups.
• 84+ months of experience performing business analysis for applications developed in a Java software environment.
• 84+ months of experience analyzing and documenting business systems and processes, including:
Business & functional requirements
Test plans
Training guides
Deployment plans
Workflow processes
Use cases
Context diagrams
Data element descriptions
Program goals and objectives
Federal and state mandates
• 84+ months of public-sector experience, including communication and collaboration with high-level staff.
• A-CSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster) certification – REQUIRED.
