🚨 Hiring: SAP Business Analyst (SAP Fioneer) 🚨
Job Title: SAP BA
Location: New York, NY – 3 Days Onsite
Initial Requirement: Candidates must be available in Annapolis, MD for the first 4–5 weeks. Travel/accommodation expenses will be covered by our company.

🔑 Key Skills & Requirements
Strong Business Analysis experience with Finance & Accounting
Hands-on experience with SAP Fioneer / SAP Cloud4Banking
Experience with Finance, CML (Consumer Mortgage Loans), and TRM (Treasury Risk Management) modules
Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles
Experience with GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, reconciliations, and period close
Requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and process mapping
Data analysis, mapping, integration, and migration
Experience with UAT, test planning, and execution
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps
Experience supporting Audit and SOX compliance
Controls testing, documentation, remediation, and risk management
Data governance and data quality management
Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management skills
Experience with large-scale financial system implementations
Infrastructure Investments domain experience is a plus
