Hiring: SAP Business Analyst – SAP Fioneer / Cloud4Banking
We are looking for a strong SAP BA / Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience for an exciting opportunity.
📍 Location: New York, NY – 3 days onsite
📍 Initial Requirement: Candidates must be able to work from Annapolis, MD for the first 4–5 weeks

⭐ Strong consulting experience required
Mandatory Skills
SAP Fioneer expertise – mandatory
Hands-on experience with Finance
CML (Consumer Mortgage Loans)
TRM (Treasury Risk Management)
SAP Cloud4Banking / Subledger implementation experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, vendors, and global project teams
Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into system specifications
Document financial processes, workflows, legacy systems, and data flows
Support data analysis, mapping, integration, and migration
Develop test plans and coordinate UAT with accounting stakeholders
Support Agile/SDLC processes, project planning, releases, and dependency management
Drive process improvement, automation, data governance, and data quality
Support Audit and SOX compliance, controls testing, documentation, and remediation
Facilitate communication between business/finance and technical teams
Required Background
Strong understanding of GAAP, GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, reconciliations, and period close
Business Architecture / Business Analysis experience
Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau
Experience with data integration and migration
Strong SDLC and Agile knowledge
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps
Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
Experience with large-scale financial system implementations
Vendor and change management experience
Mentoring/coaching experience is a plus
Infrastructure Investments domain experience is a plus
