We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst – Customer Solutions to act as the bridge between clients, Product, Engineering, QA, and business teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot Tier 2/Tier 3 application, API, data, and integration issues
• Analyze logs, reproduce issues, and identify root causes
• Create user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Support UAT, application testing, defect management, and releases
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders

🔹 Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, Application Support, Solutions Engineering, Technical Implementation, or related roles
• Strong troubleshooting and integration experience
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, UAT, Agile, and SDLC
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
