We are actively looking for experienced W2 consultants for a long-term Business Analyst opportunity! If you have a strong background in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process modeling—this role is for you.
🔍 Key Requirements:
✔️ 7+ years leading requirements elicitation (interviews, surveys, workshops, etc.)
✔️ Experience creating process models & value stream maps (as-is/to-be)
✔️ Strong expertise in reports, presentations & business cases for leadership
✔️ Hands-on experience with user stories, test cases, and tracking tools (Monday.com)
✔️ Experience with prototyping tools (Axure/Figma)
✔️ Prior work with Siebel CRM Case Management
✔️ Experience working with State Government clients
