Business Analyst – Private Markets
📍 Location: NYC – Hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite)
💼 Type: Contract (Only W2)
We are looking for a Business Analyst – Private Markets with strong experience working across private markets, fund accounting/finance, and technology teams.
#Key_Requirements:
Private equity/private debt fund accounting or fund finance experience
Experience with NAV, capital activity, reconciliations, allocations, financial reporting, and related accounting/finance workflows
SQL is a must-have
Advanced Excel is required
Power BI experience is important
Experience creating Agile user stories and detailed functional requirements
Experience with data mapping / source-to-target logic, including defining how data moves between tables or systems
Strong process mapping and documentation skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with fund accounting/finance and technology teams
