Are you an experienced Kronos/UKG Pro WFM Business Analyst Lead looking for your next long-term opportunity? Join a high-impact enterprise modernization project supporting the migration from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead business analysis activities for UKG Pro WFM implementation
✅ Collaborate with business & IT stakeholders to gather and define requirements
✅ Drive test strategy, test script development, and UAT coordination
✅ Lead Kronos analysts through configuration validation and testing
✅ Validate pay rules, CBAs, payroll processes, and system configurations
✅ Oversee integrations with PeopleSoft HRMS and legacy applications via Kronos Boomi
✅ Coordinate with Program Managers, PMO, and System Integrators to ensure successful delivery
✅ Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and deployment activities
🔹 Required Skills:
✔️ Strong experience leading Kronos/UKG Pro WFM implementations
✔️ Expertise in Kronos Workforce Central Suite & UKG Pro WFM
✔️ Hands-on experience with Workforce Timekeeper configuration
✔️ Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS integration and testing
✔️ Knowledge of Kronos Boomi Middleware
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
✔️ Experience leading testing teams and developing comprehensive test scripts
✔️ Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
