✅ Required Skills:
8+ years of Business Analysis experience
Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Coordination, or Data Analysis
Experience working in large, complex organizations
Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Cleansing)
Power BI dashboard and report development
⭐ Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Visio
Microsoft Project
HR, Operations, Shared Services, or Transformation projects
PeopleSoft, Workday, ERP, or HRIS
SOP & Process Documentation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
⭐ Highly Preferred:
Government or Transportation domain experience
