Are you passionate about bridging business and technology within the Investment Banking domain? We're looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to partner with senior stakeholders and deliver innovative, user-focused technology solutions that support Investment Banking & Global Capital Markets operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Own and manage product backlogs, priorities, and Agile delivery.
Write high-quality User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Requirements.
Work closely with development teams to deliver client-facing business applications.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure successful product delivery.
Partner with senior leaders to drive business value and continuous improvement.
🔹 Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Analyst.
Experience working on end-user or client-facing business applications.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven ability to create:
User Stories
Epics
Acceptance Criteria
Functional Requirements
Strong analytical, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as:
GitHub Copilot
Microsoft 365 Copilot
JiraGen or similar AI-assisted documentation tools
Previous experience with a technology consulting firm.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
