Required Experience:
✅ 7+ years of IT experience supporting complex software systems/applications
✅ Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and validation
✅ Expertise in creating and reviewing test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
✅ Experience reviewing technical specifications and ensuring compliance with business requirements
✅ Excellent written communication skills with business stakeholders, IT teams, and management
✅ Mandatory experience with Medicaid, Health Insurance, or Affordable Care Act (ACA) Eligibility & Enrollment (Healthcare provider experience alone is not sufficient)
✅ Experience with ETL tools, batch jobs, Rational Quality Manager (RQM), IBM Cognos reporting, or HIPAA X12 EDI transactions
✅ Experience with defect management tools and software testing
