Required Experience:
✅***3–7 years of State Government experience in the Human Services domain.
Experience with Fair Hearings projects.***

Required Skills:
✅4–7 years as a Business Analyst.

✅Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and SDLC requirements management.

✅Expertise creating business artifacts including business process flows, user stories, business rules, data dictionaries, wireframes, and functional specifications.

✅Experience with Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) and web-based applications for clients/workers.

✅Hands-on experience working in Agile/Iterative environments with knowledge of federal standards and regulations.

🔹Preferred Skills:
Business process optimization and end-to-end process documentation.
Fair Hearings process modernization and SME collaboration.
Business Analysis + Manual QA experience, including test planning, test scenarios, test execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
