Position: Senior Business Analyst
Client: New York State Department of Public Service (DPS)
Location: Albany, NY (Onsite)
Duration: 30 Months
In Person Interview| Rate :$50/hr on C2C
**Certifications :Active IIBA CBAP or PMI-PBA **

The New York State Department of Public Service (DPS) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support multiple enterprise initiatives, including the Assessment Management System, Telecommunication Company Information, Pipeline Audit System (PAS), Document & Matter Management (DMM), and 753 Enforcement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements
Lead stakeholder meetings and requirements sessions
Create BRDs, workflows, and process diagrams
Support testing and UAT activities
Track requirement changes and maintain documentation
Work closely with business, IT, and project teams

Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience as a Lead Business Analyst on enterprise application projects
Extensive experience with Business Process Modeling, UML, Gap Analysis, and Requirements Documentation
6+ years of stakeholder communication and business process transformation experience
4+ years of experience with Test Planning and UAT coordination
4+ years of experience working with .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET (Web Forms & MVC)
4+ years of experience working with Oracle Database 11g+ and SQL queries
