🚨 Hiring Now | Business Analyst – Private Equity Domain 🚨
📍 New York, NY | Onsite – 5 Days/Week
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Private Equity / Investment Management domain expertise to support investment lifecycle, fund operations, and analytics initiatives.
🔹 Gather and document business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories)
🔹 Work closely with investment, finance & technology teams
🔹 Support PE systems: fund accounting, deal tracking, investor reporting
🔹 Analyze financial data, create process flows & support UAT
🔹 Drive system enhancements and process optimization
✅ Must Have:
• 8+ years as a Business Analyst in Financial Services
• Strong Private Equity / Investment Management experience
• Knowledge of fund structures, NAV, capital calls, investor reporting
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
🌟 Nice to Have:
• Experience with eFront, Investran, or similar PE platforms
