🚀 Hiring: AI Engineer / Staff-Principal AI Engineer (Agentic AI & LLMs)
📍 Location: New York City, NY (3 days onsite/week)

We're seeking experienced AI Engineers to build and deploy production-grade Agentic AI and LLM solutions for enterprise environments.

Key Requirements
✅ 8–14 years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise
✅ 2+ years of hands-on LLM/GenAI engineering experience
✅ Proven experience building and deploying production AI agents
✅ LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK, or similar frameworks
✅ MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Tool/Function Calling
✅ RAG, Embeddings, Chunking, Retrieval, Reranking, and Response Validation
✅ Vector Databases: Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.
✅ LLM Evaluation, Observability, Guardrails, and Reliability Engineering
✅ AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems

⭐ Strong preference for candidates who have owned AI platforms end-to-end, from architecture and development through production deployment and optimization.
