🔑 Key Requirements
11+ years of Software Engineering experience with strong Python or Java
4+ years of hands-on Generative AI experience in production environments
Strong expertise in RAG & advanced retrieval systems
Hands-on experience with embeddings, vector databases, chunking, semantic/hybrid search, metadata filtering & re-ranking
Experience with multi-stage/multi-vector retrieval and retrieval evaluation
Knowledge of Agentic AI, tool/function calling & structured outputs
Strong LLMOps experience — evaluation, prompt/version management, observability, monitoring & regression testing
Experience building AI document ingestion/extraction pipelines
Strong system design & architecture skills
Experience troubleshooting production issues involving retrieval quality, hallucinations, model behavior, latency & data quality
