We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer / Databricks Specialist to design, develop, and productionize enterprise-grade Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning solutions using the Databricks platform.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Build end-to-end RAG, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning solutions on Databricks
• Develop data ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, evaluation, and orchestration pipelines
• Work hands-on with Databricks Mosaic AI, MLflow, Vector Search, Model Serving, and Unity Catalog
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms
• Implement CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, and production controls
• Collaborate directly with clients to translate business requirements into scalable and production-ready AI solutions
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve AI/ML applications in production environments
🔹 Required Skills
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
✅ Python, PySpark, and SQL
✅ Generative AI, RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI
✅ Experience with Vector Databases / Vector Search
✅ MLflow and model lifecycle management
✅ REST APIs / API integrations
✅ Experience with AWS or Azure
✅ Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines and productionization
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
