🚨 Hiring: Sr. AI Engineer – Fixed Income
📍 Location: New York, NY – 1633 Broadway
🔄 Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite
💼 Experience: 15+ Years

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong hands-on Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG experience to build enterprise AI solutions for Fixed Income and other financial-services businesses.

🔥 Must-Have Skills
15+ years of overall IT experience
Strong hands-on Python development
Strong Core AI / Generative AI / Agentic AI experience
Practical experience with OpenAI, Claude Agent SDK, or comparable LLM APIs
Strong Prompt Engineering – prompt design, testing, grounding, context management & output validation
Strong RAG experience and understanding of retrieval pipelines
Experience building complex AI applications using APIs, databases, cloud services & enterprise data
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, MCP integrations & orchestration
Experience working with structured & unstructured data
Strong understanding of AI evaluation, hallucination mitigation, accuracy & compliance
Financial Services experience strongly preferred
Fixed Income knowledge is a major plus — stocks, bonds, trading workflows, etc.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Curious, analytical mindset with the ability to understand business problems and turn them into AI solutions

The AI engineering team works directly with businesses across Fixed Income, GCM, Prime Brokerage and other groups to:
➡️ Understand business requirements
➡️ Identify what information needs to be extracted
➡️ Build datasets and examples
➡️ Develop AI/GenAI prototypes and POCs
➡️ Demonstrate solutions to business stakeholders
➡️ Move approved solutions into production

This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work from business problem discovery through AI prototype → validation → production deployment.
