⭐ Experience: 7+ years of software engineering preferred
🔍 Key Skills We’re Looking For:
✅ AI Coding Tools: Claude Code, Warp, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar
✅ Agentic AI: AI agents, agent orchestration, MCP, tool calling
✅ LLM Engineering: OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock or similar platforms
✅ Software Development: Python, TypeScript, Go, C# or .NET
✅ AI Applications: RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI assistants
✅ DevOps & Automation: Git, CI/CD, automated testing and developer workflows
✅ AI Quality & Governance: Sandboxed execution, security, validation and observability
🎯 What You'll Do:
- Build and scale AI-assisted software development workflows.
- Develop reusable agent instructions, tools, integrations and reference implementations.
- Integrate AI workflows into CI/CD pipelines, testing and release processes.
- Build AI assistants, knowledge agents and RAG-powered applications.
- Improve developer productivity, code quality and delivery efficiency through measurable AI adoption.
