🚀 Hiring: Senior / Staff AI Engineer
📍 Location: Midtown South (Bryant Park), New York, NY

We are looking for an exceptional Senior / Staff AI Engineer to join a high-caliber team building production-grade AI systems that deliver real-world impact.

🔹 What We're Looking For:
✅ CS or Mathematics degree from a Top-14 U.S. University (Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, CMU, Princeton, Columbia, Georgia Tech, Purdue, etc.)
✅ Published AI/ML research at a peer-reviewed venue such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, or equivalent
✅ 2+ years of experience shipping production AI agent systems used by real customers
✅ Strong backend engineering background with experience building scalable, foundational systems
✅ Experience from high-bar engineering organizations such as Stripe, Uber, Ramp, Robinhood, Plaid, Block, Rippling, Brex, Gusto, or similar
✅ Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent AI-assisted development platforms
✅ 4–12 years of overall backend/infrastructure software engineering experience
✅ Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with finance teams, CFOs, and controllers
✅ Must be willing to work onsite in NYC five days a week or relocate
