🔍 Role Summary Building and launching GenAI Agentic Solutions to reduce risk and cost of managing large-scale production environments. You'll develop agentic AI solutions that can diagnose, reason, and take actions in production environments to improve productivity and resolve production support issues.
🔴 Must Have Skills: ✅ 5+ years software development — Python, C/C++, Go, or Java ✅ ML Systems — model deployment/serving, evaluation & monitoring ✅ Data processing pipelines — production-grade ✅ Model fine-tuning workflows — hands-on experience ✅ GenAI / Agentic AI — building autonomous production solutions ✅ Strong production support background — diagnosis, reasoning & remediation
⭐ Good to Have: 🔹 AWS — ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, Step Functions 🔹 SageMaker — model serving 🔹 Terraform / CloudFormation — IaC experience
