📍 Location: New York, NY (4–5 Days Onsite)
📅 Duration: 12 Months Contract

We are looking for a Senior Applied AI Engineer with strong experience building and operating production-grade GenAI/LLM platforms in enterprise environments.

Mandatory Skills:
✅ 2+ years of enterprise GenAI/LLM implementation experience
✅ RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
✅ Agentic AI Workflows
✅ LangChain & LangGraph
✅ LLMOps (Evaluation, Prompt Management, Observability, Regression Testing)
✅ Vector Databases & Advanced Retrieval Techniques
✅ Semantic Search, Metadata Filtering, Reranking
✅ ColBERT or Similar Late-Interaction Retrieval Models
✅ Structured Outputs & Tool/Function Calling
✅ AI Data Ingestion & Document Extraction Pipelines
✅ Python or Java Development (5+ years)
✅ Evaluation Metrics (MRR, NDCG, Recall vs Precision)
✅ Production AI Platform Development & Support
✅ AI Governance, PII Handling & Enterprise Security

Nice to Have:
➕ Fixed Income Domain Experience
