We're looking for a Senior Applied AI Engineer with hands-on experience building enterprise-grade GenAI/LLM solutions in production. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI platforms powering document intelligence, AI assistants, and automated business workflows in the Fixed Income Institutional Lending domain.

Required Skills:
✅ 10+ years of Full Stack Engineering experience (Python or Java)
✅ 2+ years of dedicated enterprise GenAI/LLM implementation experience
✅ Production experience with RAG, Agentic AI, LangChain, Tool/Function Calling
✅ Strong expertise in LLMOps, prompt management, evaluation frameworks, observability & reliability
✅ AI-powered document ingestion & intelligent data extraction
✅ Advanced Vector Search, ColBERT, Chunking, Multi-stage Retrieval, Reranking
✅ Evaluation metrics (MRR, NDCG, Recall vs Precision, Latency Optimization)
✅ Enterprise Security, Data Governance & PII Handling
✅ Experience in Fixed Income or Institutional Lending (#Mandatory)
✅ Experience in regulated enterprise environments
➕ Frontend experience with Angular or React is required
